Shipping and Returns

 Every MumSaga order is prepared with care. Whether you're treating yourself or choosing something special for someone else, I want your shopping experience to be as lovely as the earrings themselves.

Ready-to-ship items

In-stock items are carefully packaged and shipped within 3 business days, often sooner — usually within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order items

If an item is out of stock and needs to be handmade especially for you, please allow up to one week for creation before shipping.

MumSaga ships orders through USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free US shipping on orders over $35.

Complimentary standard shipping is available for orders over $35 delivered within the United States. International orders are subject to shipping charges calculated at checkout.

International Shipping 

International shipping is available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service.

Any applicable customs fees, VAT, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Your satisfaction matters to me. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out so we can work toward a solution.

Because MumSaga earrings are handmade, and for hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for changes of mind or incorrect selections. However, if you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Email jes@mumsaga.com with:

• Your name and order date
• Photographs of the item received
• A brief description of the issue

I aim to review requests within 2 business days.

Where a return is appropriate, I'll provide instructions before anything is sent back. Please don't return an item without contacting me first. Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and reviewed, where a return is required.

Every MumSaga piece is individually handmade, so slight differences in color, size, texture, and pattern are part of its character.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

These natural variations are not considered defects.
